This 12-minute tabata superset workout will target your core. It’s the third workout in a series of quick bodyweight HIIT workouts that you can do anywhere.
The workout is broken up into three tabata supersets. You’ll alternate between two ab exercises for 4 minutes: 20 seconds work + 10 sec rest x8.
There’ll be beeps to signify the end of each interval throughout the video. Other than that, it’s silent so that you can blast your preferred workout music.
