12-Minute Arms and Abs Circuit Walk (Upper Body Workout with Dumbbells, All Levels)

Join me (and Peanut!) for this full length, low impact, upper body focused circuit walk that you can do in a small space, with just a set of hand weights. We’ll mix up our moves for a bigger calorie burn, coordination boosting skills, and add resistance training in with our cardio to help create strength and definition while you walk.

Equipment: A set of dumbbells (2-15 lbs, depending on level)

Intensity: Moderate
