With the Coronavirus (COVID-19) keeping people around the world away from gyms, we thought we’d start bringing you some at-home workouts that can be done with minimal gear. NOBODY is better at creating these simple, yet effective, workouts than Inger Houghton.
This bodyweight workout requires NO EQUIPMENT and consists of THREE rounds of Tabata. As always, each Tabata is 4 minutes of 20 seconds ON, 10 seconds OFF.
